Training in 30+ degree heat isn’t ideal, its just so draining! Weights felt pretty easy today, everything moving well! Looks like I’m pushing to a decent weight in week 4, hoping for 200-205 for a set of 5 High Bar!

Couldn’t get on a cable when I needed to, so I ended up doing my Hammers / Triceps separately.
Session was really hard today, its been mid 30s all day and with a full shift at work before hand I was feeling pretty drained! I don’t function in this heat!
Bench still looked like it moved alright mate.

I’m enjoying my Deadlift sessions lately, which is good! I usually hate training Deadlifts because they always feel like shit, and I’m no good at em!
I’ve been getting a lot of sessions in with a couple of the stronger guys lately and I’ve learnt quite a bit with regards to warming up, technique and just general training stuff!
Things seems to be progressing nicely, all my lifts are feeling good! Hopefully it will all come together in October and I can get myself a nice big pull at the Andy Bolton Deadlift Competition.

Yea its like high teens / low 20s now, I can deal with that! High 20s and low 30s just isn’t what I’m used to and it knocks my sleep and appetite right out of whack!
Hopefully get my routine back nutrition wise over the next couple of days! My sleeps been spot on the last 2 or 3 nights, I’ve been having like 9 hours which is more than I’m used to but I feel better for it!
Just had some bloods taken today, I’ve got my 4-5 week TRT review on Friday, interested to see where my numbers are!
