Probably stress and lack of sleep lol, but hey ho!
Missed my last Deload session this weekend. I’ve had trouble sleeping the last few days, and had a lot going on with work and just life in general.
New block starts tomorrow and I’m feeling recovered and ready to hit it hard.
Do you think the new trt protocol could affect your sleep? I’m fairly new to it but I’d say if any negatives it would be difficulty falling asleep. It’s strange though I have been feeling good even after poor sleep.
I’m not sure tbh, its never effected my sleep before now. I’ve had a lot on my plate recently… my sisters quite ill, and I’m trying to plan a wedding so I’ve had trouble switching off ![]()
I managed a solid 9 hours last night though so I must have needed it!

Pretty easy session to settle into High Bar for the next few weeks, hoping to make the most of my bulk and add a little mass to my quads!
Did my last set of High Bar with my heels elevated on a platform / wedge and I’m not sure how I feel about em! I felt like I wanted to rock forward in the hole.

Good session today, Mid Grip Bench is pinkies 1 inch (or so) inside the rings where as normal Bench is ring finger on the rings.
OHP felt a bit odd as I’ve not done it for a while, hoping I can push this up a bit. Shoulders are feeling a lot more stable than last time I did OHP, so thats a good sign.

Measured my waist at the belly button this morning, and it measured 34 inches, which is about an inch up from when I started this bulk so I’ll take that as a decent sign that its not all going on my gut ![]()
