Not the best session today, my back was still feeling it from work yesterday so I cut some sets out.

Overall things were moving alright and my Deadlift feels a lot better, I think this variation has done me some good!

7-7-19 TRT Update

Ok so I’ve been on my new medication a week now, with a slightly raised dose and I feel better than I have previously.

I have better Libido, my mood has improved and I feel less irritable. Still have some fatigue, and things could still be improved. Fingers crossed over the next 2-3 weeks as the Sustanon leaves my system, and the Cypionate fully kicks in things will continue to improve.

Blood tests booked in for 29th of this month with my follow up appointment with my Dr on the 2nd of August.

Volume Deload next week which I’m very ready for!

I used this block as a bit of an experiment to see what my body could handle and recover from in terms of volume. 5 sets on Upper body is manageable but not ideal for me, and 4 sets on Lower body is just too much!

Next block I’ll be going back to 4 sets on Bench, 3 sets on Squats and Deadlifts.
I’m thinking:
Bench (4x5)
High Bar Squats and Low Bar Pauses (3x5 and 3x4)
CG Bench and OHP (4x7 and 3x6)
Paused Deadlifts and RDLs (3x5 and 3x6)

Yeah I’m looking forward to seeing how it effects training, although aslong as this constant feeling of fatigue buggers off I’ll be happy :joy:

Thanks mate, I’m done with Low Bar as my main Squat movement for a few weeks now, but it seems to have taken me this long just to find my form again :joy:
