Yea I’m starting to see a trend with the Sust, I think its the Prop ester in there aromatising too quickly and causing all sort of problems.
Fingers crossed I’ll feel a whole lot better ok Cyp. From speaking to others who are on Cyp doing EOD injections, theyr taking around 30mg per pin and have good, stable levels… so I’m hoping to start somewhere around there, and just keeping the HCG and 200iu EOD
Its a good starting point, ideally I’d like to get down to around 12-13% after this bulk is over, which I think could have me sitting at around 89-90kg like before, just a lot leaner.
I don’t like that pretty much all my body fat is held on my trunk, it makes me feel like I’m fatter than I actually am some days
Had to cut the Volume down today, 195kg 4x6 wouldn’t of been there! Think I may have overshot my numbers for Squats on this block, next week I’ll probably do the weight I had planned but for 2x3 or 2x4 instead of 2x6.
I’m trying… bit of a struggle this last week, I’ve been suffering with pretty bad acid reflux so I’ve struggled to get all my food in. Only thing I’ve changed is rice to potatoes, so its back to rice from next week and see how I get on.
