Not sure if this is something that would be of any interest, but would any of you guys keeping up with my log, like me to also post up my TRT stuff? Things like medication, doses, any changes that are made, blood results?

deff put up your experience with TRT if you dont mind sharing. There ar eothers on here like @jackolee that are also using it and older guys like myself and @Frank_C who one day may jump on board. Its always good to get other peoples experience.

I see horror stories of people having all sorts of problems from lethargy to ED but I’ve had a pretty ideal experience. Started at 200mg no AI. Went to 150mg no AI, and then eventually landed at my sweet spot of 250mg test e weekly and 1mg of Anastrozole per week. I split it into two doses. I feel great, strong sex drive, recovery from workouts is good, easier to keep pretty low body fat etc. if anyone has specific questions I’d be happy to add my 2 cents

Thats a huge dose for TRT man, I know you say that leaves you feeling good with the AI to keep the oestrogenic sides at bay but where does that leave your Test levels? Cuz mine would be sky high on that!

And I compete tested, so I have to keep my levels in the normal range.

I inject EOD but a 250mg amp lasts me close to 3.5 weeks

Ok so seeing as theres a lot of interest I don’t mind sharing my experiences.

My current protocol is 17.5mg Sustanon, and 200iu HCG injected IM, EOD. I’m currently suffering from slight oestrogenic side effects even though my levels for all my hormones are within normal range. Currently dealing with mild fatigue, and mild ED. I work fine once the motors running, I just take a while to start up :joy:

I’m changing my TRT Dr, first appointment being this Saturday, but when I’ve spoken to him he says the short ester of the Propionate in the Sust is what causes the sides.

My medication will also be changing this weekend, most likely to Cypionate which is a single ester so be more stable.

I had some blood tests done about a week ago and the results were:

Test 19.6 nmol/L (8.6 - 29)
Oest 95 pmol/L (41.4 - 159)
SHBG 37.3 nmol/L (18.3 - 54.1)

My Test is lower than I’d like which could also be contributing to how I feel, I felt best when my levels were around 25, but my Sust dose has been tweaked a lot recently, and tbh i’m just not getting on with it.

Body weight 92.7 on waking

All my labs over the last two years have been between 650-850 trough levels. So it say peaking around 1100. I think I just don’t spike real high easily

I was on 125mg of Sust once a week and my levels were all over the place, I eventually moved to EOD injections and my bloods have been a lot more stable, I just don’t think I get on with the Sust very well, hoping the Cypionate will be better for EOD injections with it being a single ester.

Had to move my belt out a hole for deficits today as I just couldn’t get to the bar!! Gym was stupidly warm aswell, felt so sick during sets!

Deadlifts are feeling strong atm, I know the weight isn’t much but I’m finding this variation quite hard!

Squeezing 2 weeks training into 10-11 days is taking its toll, but I’m done now and I’ve got 3 days to recover. No training until Monday now.

Cypionate made me break out on my back a lot. I have a much better time with enanthate.

We can’t get Enanthate anymore in the UK (as far as I’m aware), the main supplier was based in Germany and because of Brexit they’ve stopped / or are stopping filling UK Prescriptions.

My choices from the clinic I go to is either Sust or Cyp

Given the two options I’d pick cypionate all day long. 90% of the problem logs I read on here are sust. Every now and again we get on a long backorder here in the states, but I’m prescribed more than I take so I tend to stockpile. Doc writes me 400mg weekly and I take between 200-250 most of the time
