Combine that with Coach Thibaudeau’s idea about “fail as fast as possible” and it’s a winner. By that, he means that he tries to fully fatigue the abs in as few reps as possible, milking every rep so he can’t do any more after 6-10 or so, even with an unweighted ab exercise. Keep that in mind and it changes your ab work forever.
