Either way, I doubt I’d do it because I’d be paranoid about the bar falling off my back.

In fairness now, and I’m not trying to be a dick, do you not think there’s other lifts you could work harder on that might have a carryover to increased strength better?
I’ve no doubt of the quality of the machine, and Ox is a beast, but I think it’s another one of those bandwagons people are going to jump on without stepping back and exploring all the options!
