Had a good shoulder sesh today, feeling really good now and started to break through the plateau now and the weight is starting coming off again. Cut some veggies out and started eatin eggs in replacement of some veggies. seems to workin as well.

When i say eggs in replacement of veggies i mean in the way of steak and eggs, gorund beef chilli on an omlette etc.

Anyway guna keep ploddin on.

Finally the squat form check vid i’ve been promising for a long time.

Had a really good gym session today, back on zero carb today, finished of the day with a few sets of walking lunges. Keepin on it. 13 weeks to go!

Started back on the ECA stack recently and just guna run with it until i finish the bottle. Off to the gym later tonight to hit shoulders and some legs movements.

So taken some advice over in the T-cell and decided to make some adjustments to my diet to see if i can kick start things again.

Guna add carbs post workout and slightly increase my calorie intake to see if i can restart the fat burning.

Looks like i started to strong and i’ve left myself nowhere to go. Lets see what happens!

I’m still fat. Working on it.

Had a good chest workout today, finished off with incline walking on the treadmill.

Gettin a bit sick of dieting now to be honest.

I just wana bulk and lift heavy and balloon up to 300lbs and gain some fuckin muscle. But i just know i’ll get fat as fuck on the way.

Weighed in this morning at just over 217. Looks like the fat loss has finally kicked in again.

Cool.

Couldn’t make it to the gym which was a bit of a shame, had a lot of shit to do at work so had to skip.

Nutrition was still in check which is a positive. Guna get bk in the gym 2moro hopefully.

as of this week im 28;bs lighter than at the start of Feb so i guess thats some kind of progress.

Lookin to drop 15-20 more lbs before xmas. Nearly there… kinda.

Make that 30lbs lighter as of today, thank fuck my weight has started dropping again.

Tried on some jeans today that i haven’t been able to fit in for almost 4 years. Still a little tight but definitely not far off.

sitting between 215-217 in the mornings now. Hopefully wana get that down to 210-212 by this time next week.

Bicep measured 18 1/8th 2 days ago. Cool.

Had a quick bench workout today. Felt good and gad an awesome pump.

Just finished squatting today

My previous best squat has been 275 x 3

Today i was training with a guy in the gym who i speak to sometimes. We were both doing legs so i decided to do whatever he did. Pretty much just squatted.

Warmed up with 153 just to get the blood goin and stuff.

The the rest went like this.

225 x 6
275 x 6
315 x 5 (30lb pr)
360 x 3 (85lb pr)
315 x 5
225 x 11

Granted the heaviest sets wee not ATG but i probably was an inch or 2 above parallel.

My training partner was spotting medidnt really help out either, just a confidence boost really.

Bumping this bad boy for the new year.

So last year was kinda weird, first time in a long while that i did a full 12 months lifting with no break.

i started of weighing in at 245lbs my low was 218lbs which was around september. then my nutrition slipped and

after a 2 week vacation in the uk i gained up to 242 which was pretty careless and amateur of me.

Anyways the progress i made was a bit better.

My bench went from 275 to 325

Deadlift from 405 to 455

Squat went from 275 to 360.

OHP went from 135-150 upto 225 (slight knee bend).

Anyway i’ve larnt from my previous mistakes of shitty fad diets and bad nutrition.

Its a new year and i’m jumping back in right where i left off.

Diet has been cleaned up and pretty much consists of oats, whey. salad, veggies a small amount of rice, eggs, chicken breasts, lean meat, some skimmed milk, a little fruit, tuna. I think thats about it.

Also started working out twice a day aswell, bought an exercise bike for my home and now i’m doinf around 30 mins of cardio a days (this will change when weight loss slows down/stops).

I’m supplementing with BCAAs, omega 3 oils, using jack3d pre workout, and glucosamine.

Keeping carbs around 100g a day, fat around 80g and protein around 250g.

Cals will be between 2200 a day. Again when i stop losing weight i’ll cut around 200 cals per day.

Anyway enough of me flapping my gums!

Just gota keep my will power up and head for my goal.

Forgot to mention my goals for 2012.

Bench from 325 to 365

Deadlift from 455 to 500

Squat went 360 to 405

OHP from 225 (slight knee bend 1 rep)to 225 x 5, stricter.

Drop body fat and become leaner, but also keep it off.
