Have to skip the gym today, major bad leg doms has kicked in. I struggle to go upstairs or even sit down to take a shit. No way in hell i can manoeuvre around the gym today. Guess this is what u get when you miss a months worth of leg workouts.
Diet is still pretty solid, keeping the cals/carbs low and the protein and fat high.
Making sure i get in a least 30 mins of cardio in a day, be it fasted in the morning or later on in the day.
3 inches off the waist and 12lbs dropped since the start of the year.
Keep on truckin.
Set a new pr in the gym the other day while doing shoulders.
Nothing special but i managed to seated dumbell press, full ROM with 90lbs bells. Never gone this heavy before and surprised i managed to get 6 reps.

Forgot to mention my goals for 2012.
Bench from 325 to 365 … current bench as of april 2012 is 337.
Deadlift from 455 to 500 … current dead lift as of April is 508lb
Squat went 360 to 405 … not tested this.
OHP from 225 (slight knee bend 1 rep)to 225 x 5, Stricter. Not tested this as i have changed form.
Drop body fat and become leaner, but also keep it off.
