Higher efficacy: way less sides.
Be careful, though: ECA = stress on your system. Think cortisol.
I overdid it, once and took it straight for 8-10 weeks. Wasn’t cool. My midsection got blurry despite lowered energy intake, increased energy expenditure and my lifts all going up.

I’ve had the same problem last year. I simply started doing leg curls before doing squats. Did the trick for me.
Distributing the total load (body + bb) to your heels might also do the trick: just flex your toes upwards when in the hole. Be careful to keep your balance, though.

Yeh i get the same kind of effect when i take the stuff i have with 1 cap a day. Might up it to 2 spaced apart and see what happens.
The lack of blood flow to my dick is a huge give away.
Definitely guna hit it up 2 caps a day and see what happens.
