ill try and take a pic now and upload it. Im currently 226 like i said. Im going to do a 2 wek vdiet starting a week today. Hopefully this will rip maybe 10-15lbs off me which will really please but well see how ot goes.

sorry for the double post, was playing up. Now the front shot.

I look kinda small here lol, i think i look bigger in real life… for referance my arms are just over 17’’ and chest is around 44’'.

Oh and another thing which was strange, noticed a new stretch mark on my right bicep yesterday. New stretch marks while cutting? WTF?!

I started doing heavy pinwheels a few weeks ago maybe that has something to do with it?

Ok so just finished shoulders today,

Decided to bring back bb standing military press back into my routine around 4 weeks ago, after not doing it for around a year.

I recall never really goin over 135lbs with the bb military press. Been pushing it the last month and today i managed to do 215x2 which i was pretty shocked at to be honest. A little leg drive at the begining but nothing major at all.

Bodyweight is 225 so il be pretty chuffed to press my body weight. Hopefully guna try and hit that within the next 2 weeks or so.

Started the V-Diet again today, sittin at around 235 at the min, want to drop to sub 210 after the 28 days, lets see how it goes.

On day 6 of this stint on the V-Diet.

Down to 224 at the moment, guna ride out the 28 days and see how it goes. Will post pics when i’m done and see if i can notice any changes.

Had 11 days off the guy, been sick recently and felt like shit so there was no chance i was getting in there.

Went back this morning and did a full body workout just to get the blood flowing and get the major muscles working again.

Heading up to the local track this afternoon, do a few laps, some stadium, runs, walking lunges, some sprints and walking lunges.

Took ECA stack this morning and will be doing for the next 3 weeks or so. Really trying to get rid of as much fat as possible in the shortest time. Around 224-226 still at the moment. Not guna weigh again until tuesday morning next week.

Hopefully will have dropped to between 215-220 by then. That’ll give me 2 more weeks to get below 210 while on this part of the v-diet.

What kind of ECA stack are you using?
A pre-composed one?
A self-composed one where you stack tabs of caffeine, ephedrine-hcl and aspirine?
A herbal supplement?

Its a pre made one so i’m not too sure what’s actually in it… i ‘‘feel’’ it works but i hope it’s just not a placebo effect.

How are the squats coming along?

@fattyfat i buy them from my local gym in the UK, he’s been selling them for years. However i’m currently in Egypt at the moment and my friend just visited so he brought me 2 bottles over (120 caps).

They workout at around $40 for 60 (1 a day). The owner who i’ve pretty much known all my life was telling me he sells around 100 bottles a week!

In the past when i first took them (we call them T5’s in the UK) i was on a strict diet and plateued for 6 weeks, the after 2 weeks of being on them i’d cut 10lb without changing anything else.

@Maiden, still pushing through as much as i can, weight hasn’t changed much, some1 mentioned in another thread that i might have weak glutes/hams and that maybe why i struggle to get out of the hole. So i’ve started to add glute/ham raises to my routine and also vertical box jumps to try and increase my explosiveness. Also i’ve started adding sprints for the same purpose.

1 cap / day seems like a strange dosage to me. Unless there’s some kind of release system underneath (which I strongly doubt).
I’ve had good results using EC (without the A) in the past.
For four weeks, thrice a day, spaced apart by about 3 h: 20 mg E-HCL + 200 mg C. 5 days on, 2 days off.

Typical symptoms:
-a slight buzz
-typical vasoconstrictor effects (e.g. de-congested nose, but also less blood flow to your dick)
-strong appetite suppression (way stronger than with Y-HCL)
-significantly increased endurance

The effects were so strong that, when taken during a cold or even a flu, I felt perfectly fine. Of course, that was only due to the masking effects. I’ve taken it twice during a flu to get through the day (very important exams back when I was studying).

If I could choose between a herbal and a synthetic EC(A) stack, I’d go with the herbal version.
Higher efficacy: way less sides.

Be careful, though: ECA = stress on your system. Think cortisol.
I overdid it, once and took it straight for 8-10 weeks. Wasn’t cool. My midsection got blurry despite lowered energy intake, increased energy expenditure and my lifts all going up.

@squats and week posterior chain muscles
I’ve had the same problem last year. I simply started doing leg curls before doing squats. Did the trick for me.
Distributing the total load (body + bb) to your heels might also do the trick: just flex your toes upwards when in the hole. Be careful to keep your balance, though.

Yeh i get the same kind of effect when i take the stuff i have with 1 cap a day. Might up it to 2 spaced apart and see what happens.

The lack of blood flow to my dick is a huge give away.

Definitely guna hit it up 2 caps a day and see what happens.

@squats will try it out and see what happens.

Forgot to mention i normally take it 2 weeks on and have 2 weeks off to prevent the extra stress and to stop my body getting used to it.
