Love classical - never thought of using some orchestra high energy for training. Dp you have any song suggestions?[/quote]
I’ll see what I can do about the picture. Won’t be an issue, really. As for the music…
A good one is actually on Good Charlotte’s “…Life and Death” album. It’s titled “The Battle for (or of) Life and Death.”
- Messa da Requiem-Dies Irae
- Polovtsian Dance No. 4 2.18
- O Fortuna-Carl Orff
- Also Sprach Zarathustra-Introduction
- The Planets-Mars, The Bringer of War (sooooo fitting!)
- The Firebird-Danse Infernale
Look up Karl Jenkins. I listen to a lot of his work. Some of which are:
- Adiemus (Adiemus I)
- Un Bolero Azul (Adiemus III)
- Intrada and Pavan (Adiemus III)
- Dos a Dos (Adiemus III)
- Mare Crisium (Imagined Oceans) awesome for running or any cardio.
- Dies Irae (Requiem)
- Sanctus (The Armed Man) if you can get view this DVD, I would highly recommend it. Really moving.
That’s all I’ll share for now. Let me know if you have trouble finding these. I can email the files to you, if necessary.
