If only you all could have seen me last night! After quite a long time, I was finally able to gain release, although it was not thru sex. So content was I, that an old friend commented on how relaxed and docile I appeared. I’ve explained it to my ex that the two primary ways for me to obtain this feeling is thru violence from fighting, or violence thru fucking (consensual, of course!) I got it from fighting. It was HEAVEN!!! I am loving this feeling of being battered, bruised, and sore all over.

Alright…time to get back to this bad boy. Vacation is over. For this week, I’ve just been focusing on starting my routine back up, so I’m taking it nice and (sort of) easy. That and I now have a new training partner, so my intensity level may or may not fluctuate a bit. With the noticeable size increase from the basterdized GVT protocol I’ve been using, I want to stick with it; however, my training partner is 90 pounds lighter than me, and nowhere near my strength level. Makes the protocol difficult to stick to… More to follow.

After about a week of “re-integration” in the gym, I’ve finally started turning it on again. My new “partnerS” aren’t too pleased, as both are in pain. One is an over-achiever, who smoked himself prior to our workout earlier this week, so he’s struggling. Lesson learned: don’t do a whole 'nother workout just because you arrive a lil earlier than me. The other is just hurting because he’s not used to pushing himself…or working legs. But no worries, I will not be including their stats in here, as I don’t want to do the logging work for them. So, here is what I did last night and this morning:

This morning, one partner didn’t show, while the other tapped out after the barbell complex and burpees. I warned them that I go hard. I’m curious to see how long they will last. Better get your protein, kids!!!

Nothing like watching an ego-driven lil guy try to lift the entire gym. Seriously…walking around with ILS in full non-swing, wearing a weight belt, and doing quarter squats does not make you manly. Nor does bouncing around before and after the “lift.” I get it, though. Because you have females working out (not training, but working out) with you, you’ve gotta be Mr. Intensity. I do have to admit, though…I, too, became infected with a bit of the ego. It was my ego that had me bangin out reps of 385lbs and 405lbs on the deadlift. After not going heavy for over three months. I’ll happily admit to that, lil guy. 123 days left in this fishbowl…

I hate those cry-baby boys that don’t like to train legs. They actually stomp around the gym all pissed. Sheesh.

Help me out here, people, as I may be way off the mark. I was training the two ladies mentioned above. I went on vacation. I return and see that I’m no longer training them, as they are now working with someone else. Someone who has no fucking idea what he’s doing. I let it go, although admittedly, my ego takes a hit. Fast forward to today, and while I’m working the heavybag, they decide to train.

As they are directly in front of me, I can’t help but see just how God-awful the techniques and such are. It got so bad, that he had her trying something, but when she wasn’t getting it, he had no solution for her. Enter tweedle-dee and tweedle-dum, with their bullshit advice. As she is still not getting it, and still doing shit wrong, I say fuck it and interrupt. I point out what she needs to do, and walk away.

As I walk, she starts throwing a tantrum. In my mind, I’m like “Fuck you! You couldn’t even be adult enough to let me know you were going with someone else to train!” I honestly felt disrespected that she would call herself training right in front of me. Am I wrong?

So, with that thought, I did a light cardio session in the morning, then sat back and watched the first half of the BCS Nat’l Championship game. It was entertaining, but not the same as a good fight. The rest of the day was odd-feeling, as I was sleepy as shit. Two naps later, I was feeling a lil better. Even got jazzed up for this evening’s work.

Today was a day where much of it was spent feeling sleepy as hell. So, I took two naps. They were good, but I can’t wait to go to bed. Training-wise, it was a slop day, so I decided to go with the clean and jerk. I thought I would be doing them alone, as one of the training partners indicated he might take the day off, while the other one is gone on a mission. I was actually excited, however, that excitement was short-lived. But, all was good, as I didn’t have to change my plans any. He decided to give it a try, as well. So, here’s what took place:

I’ve gotta remember to wear shorts when I do these, as pants are a hinderence. That, and I need to really warm up and activate my hips more. I normally take about 15 minutes to warm up properly, however, with a partner that just stands there, I actually feel a lil rushed.

Don’t really know what to say about the 2 women. As I mentionned some people want to hear how good they are, not what to do to get there. Perhaps the intensity and attitude? I don’t know. As you said: fuck em. They get what they deserve. Next time I suggest you keep your earphones blasting and ignore the idiocy, I know I would.

Gracias, senorita. As for the work, I like it, as there are less aches and pains. I’ll probably get back to the heavy stuff in a couple of months, though.

Now, for today’s fun, I started the morning off with some dynamic work, then proceeded to “re-learn” the proper way to clean. I find that I have to really be warm and loose in order to get the catch position just right. But, I eventually got it down. Felt good. Following this was a day spent outside the gates of my FOB, pulling security for the office personnel. I didn’t mind it too much, as I got to wear my big-ass machete on my back. And that baby was the first thing some of the locals noticed first. It was amusing to say the least.

After that bit of fun, it was time to maintain my territory, and continue to strike fear in the hearts and minds of all haters “working out.”
