You have a long way to go, but good effort. I’m sure you are going to look great for the summer if you keep at it.

what is ur end goal or semi end goal such as for summer or spring break or something

If you read the photo closely he says the goal is Abs by December…

I believe it is very possible. He stores most of his fat in the love handles and relatively less in the belly (from the side and the back shots). He is likely to have visible abs but some amount of flab in the obliques.

Great job, it looks like even your posture is better.

awesome proggress, what doe’s your diet and training program look like?

my workout consist of lifting heavy , four exercises 3 sets, of one body part a day, do abs for like 30-40minutes everyday, i didnt do any cardio at all during that 8 weeks, but i am doing it now for 30 minutes everyday.

i am eating one cafeteria meal at ucr, and usually 2-3 meals of chicken and green but lately i been off that diet cause of recreational and social stuff. im still losing quite of bit of weight, im goin to push myself hard the next couple of weeks to meet my goal. wish me luck.

wow didnt kno 10lbs can make sucha difference

Nice work man, you might want to focus on some compound lifts, incorporate more than one muscle group on a songle lift. You can burn more fat through that method.

Keep up the good work, its tough staying fit in college, with all the shit food food, alcohol, all you can eat pussy buffets, haha
