haha, you guys are ruthless… I like it.

But honestly, he had a couple balls dropped on him that would have been game changers.

4 fumbles though.

Sooooooooooo…yeah. Jets have “it” for a superbowl run and NE doesn’t have “it”. Gotcha!

Talk about insult to injury:

I’m sorry. I can’t help myself. I need to fully blast the idiocy of Countingbeans crowning the Jets the favorites and the Pats not the favorites. Unbelievably retarded.

Leading QB passer rating in the league: Tom Brady, Patriots
Defensive tackles leader in the league: Jerod May, Patriots
Second in interceptions in the league: Devin McCourty, Patriots
Any Jets player in the top in any of the categories (i.e. QB passer rating, tackles, rushing yards, sacks, receiving yards, interceptions): None

Jets need to start worrying:

Patriots looking super:

Countingbeans, I’ll state it again, you’re a freaking idiot and a SHITTY Pats fan. You should keep your mouth shut until you have something intelligent to say. You give Pats fans a bad name.

That guy is just plain dumb. He let his emotions get the better of him.

Jet’s D played well, real well. They just need the O to pick their heads out of their ass.

I hate the Pats because of thier constant silence, which IMO comes off as arrogance. And now I’m starting to hate the jets for the opposite reason. They and thier fans talk to fucking much. Just shut the hell up and do it on the field. I mean it only sets you up for a harder fall. You got the spotlight on you now, and when you trip and fall, it’s going to be relentless, but you can’t complain because you begged for this spotlight.

Also I hate the Pats because Brady is a pretty boy and he’s pretty good. Hell why would someone bother hating someone who doesn’t play. It’s not like Tim Couch or Ryan Leaf are going to draw hate from anyone except the fanbases who they let down. With Brady, I expect him to win but I hope he fails. I’m now starting to hope Rex Ryan fails.

I like Beans, he’s a good guy, but he is a bit cynical when it comes to our team, that’s all.

Funny stuff. I understand the hate for the Pats. I do. That’s usually a good sign your team has been pretty good for a long time.

I don’t think is any team or coach in the league that I hate more than the Jets and Rex Ryan. You’re right. Just STFU!!!

Cynical? Cynical is when you say I don’t think our team has it (even if they do) and you just leave it at that.

Making uneducated proclamations that you’re most hated rival is going to the Superbowl when there has been NO justification to make such wild claims is just plain idiocy and being a sorry excuse for a fan…

I <3 you too man.

It really is born from 24 years of the Red Sox breaking my heart.

Deep down I believe, but in my mind, I need to be overly objective.

Plus the Jets are a better team than they have played the last two games… Whether or not they will get their swagger back, I don’t know at this point. So if they don’t, I guess I was wrong. They have 2 tough games coming up. And to fully put my trust in a group of rookies and practice squad guys is tough, when the other teams are full of veteran leaders and playmakers…

Hey, we’ll see what happens. If I’m wrong, great, the Pats win. If I’m right, it was a great season for the Pats, and I’m sure as shit going to act like an adult about it, unlike some people.

I think he said that out of the simply fact that The Jets on paper have a lot of better talent than the Patriots, but I don’t believe that is the main driving factor in a football team. I think since most Patriots fans are also Red Sox fans, we still have some lingering heartbreak from the Pre-World Series Red Sox.

The Jets couldn’t have lost their swagger at a worst time, they have Steelers and The Bears in the next couple of weeks. Both teams have extremely good Defenses, I don’t know how Sanchez will keep his shit together with this in mind.

Dude, I’m a Sox fan too. What the hell?!? Are you guys in a time warp or something??? This isn’t pre-2004. The Sox blew open the curse in the most spectacular fashion ever in baseball. And then won it again three years later.

All that Boston cynicism was blasted out of me and most fans over the last 6 years.

Teams on paper don’t mean shit. Having a lot of talent doesn’t mean much either. Even before the last couple of weeks happened the simple fact is the Jets had a losing record against winning teams and barely beat a lot of mediocre teams and in some cases got handed the win by said mediocre teams.

Meanwhile the Pats have beaten good competition all year long. And they are a completely different team post-Moss.

I’m sorry but I will call out any Pats fan that crowns a hated rival as the more likely victor than their own damn team!

You know the only thing worse than being a Jets fan? Being a Patriots fan sucking on Rex Ryan’s and the Jet’s dick and saying they have a better chance of going to the Superbowl.

That shit deserved to be called out.

All they’ve had is a bunch of fucking hot air they’ve been blowing all season and they just ran out of gas because they won’t STFU.

To say the Jets are better than their performance than their last two games is debatable. What I will say is that they certainly weren’t as good as their record showed up until before 2 games ago. No freakin way.

The worst sin in sports is to have a big mouth and then not be able to back it up. Ladies and gentelmen, your 2010 NY Jets coached by big, fat, loudmouthed, “blustery but can’t back-it-up with crucial wins” Rex Ryan.

I think I’ve said my peace now.

I agree with you whole-heartly, I’m trying to sense where Beans is coming from. He’s not like the typical Boston bro that filled with douche, he looks at Patriots with a hard eye and tries to pick apart our team out of love, albeit, maybe too much so.

I do think The Jets lose the next two games because the Offense won’t get their shit together against team I mentioned already.

Sal Alosi, the Jets “tripping coach”, should be fired, fined, banned, and sued. If I was a team owner and someone ‘vandalized’ a million dollar player of mine, I’d sue the shit out of him.

There’s no room for that in any sport anywhere.

I put the blame solely on Rex “Fat Ass” Ryan’s shoulders. He gave this team this identity. Braggadocio, blustery, intimidate with swagger…Unfortunately what has been missing from this identity is character, having strong parameters on how to conduct yourself on and off the field, etc.

I’m surprised no one has called out Rex’s coaching of the Jets this season. He made a number of terrible calls in that Monday night game against the Pats and I’ve seen him do it most of the season. He isn’t near the coach that many thinks he is.

Local NY sports radio and media outlets are ripping Ryan, his questionable coaching decisions, the image of the team and the obvious poor play…NY media is notoriously negative with the Jets.

As a Jet fan Im certainly not going to defend their play as I have stated in another thread that they are in fact paper tigers. Theres no denying that at this point.

My problem is you guys are also ripping Jet fans when Im a Jet fan and dont act like that at all, most of my friends are Jet fans and yeah we may be loud and obnoxious at times but what NFL fan isnt? Ive been to many other NFL Stadiums, Sunlife, Ralph Wilson, Lincoln Financial Field to name a few and there were for the most part asshole fans. All fans are assholes not just the Jet fans. Drunk fucks everywhere starting shit…and besides wearing a jet jersey was not making a spectacle of myself in the opposing teams place.

But you know what? it comes with the territory I accept it, and as long as it doesent go to far busting balls is cool with me…

I hate the pats and fish…but Ill give credit where it is due there the class of the AFC.

BUT you guys are basically calling the kettle black…WE ARE ALL ASSHOLE FANS WHEN YOU ARE A FAN OF A TEAM YOU HATE.

Randman…I could only imagine how you would be at Gillette field and why not? But dont tell me I cant be the same way in the meadowlands.

NFL seasons can take turns for the worse quicker than in any other sport and Mark Sanchez(notes) is reeling now. Offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer rarely gets a primary receiver open beyond the line of scrimmage, and thatâ??s the playcallerâ??s responsibility. This is his fifth season and the Jets have finished 16th, 26th, 21st, 21st and 25th (heading into Sunday and surely worse now) in net yards per pass attempt (including sack yards and counting sacks as attempts). Thatâ??s with Chad Pennington(notes), Brett Favre(notes) and Mark Sanchez with a little Kellen Clemens(notes) thrown in. Schottenheimer does not know how to manufacture either a highly efficient or explosive passing game and, thus, must be fired. Not counting the last two minutes of the first half or last 3:40 when they were down four points â?? the Jets ran the ball on 1st-and-10, 18 out of 22 times. In the NFL, first down is the easiest down on which to throw, by far.

If you’ve read Salfino enough, you know he knows what he’s talking about
