I would agree, in principle. However, when you see average people in Gaza cheering for the atrocities and abusing corpses, then they are complicit. Also, I guarantee you that if a white supremacist took over the country all white males would be expected to overthrow it, no matter the cost. So, not only are they themselves complicit, but they have allowed/promoted their own children’s indoctrination to hate. The question is, what to do with them.
