The Israel War Thread

Do you believe in the Pre-Trib Rapture?

I believe it is the superior interpretation for a few reasons, but I am okay with others that hold to it being after the Tribulation. I just believe they are missing the beauty of the Church Age. They seem to want to combine the Church and Israel. But all the same result in eternity.

inshaAllah, me too, thank you
May God Almighty grant this to you and me both (say Amen)

Yes.
But is there any benefit?

I wanted to establish the value first

I am a believer of the Church being the Bride and we will meet Him in the air before the tribulation

Yes, the benefit was for me not to make any assumptions of you

i like the direct approach, beating around the bush is a waste of time and energy

What do you mean by it, and why do you think that?

What does rejecting vengeance mean for you? To no longer pursue vengeance and be instead forgiving is highly valued in Islam, for an individual. As a legal system, vengeance is valued as well for those that want or need it. As a moral system, both are valued with preference on forgiveness as a means of drawing nearer to God.

I had asked you about a hypothetical Muslim, not Islam.

You could have asked sooner and/or more nicely, for what it’s worth

You may at some point find it within yourself to forgive me, if you haven’t already.

I am starting to notice some strangeness. I might not be able to live up to it. Thank you for the advice.

Dhikr is the transliteration of an Arabic word into English alphabet. In English it is read left to right and in Arabic it would be read right to left. Dhikr means ‘remembrance’, usually implying remembering God

I will translate it for you:

So, in other words remembering God is the greatest Christian virtue

(not in opposition to forgiveness, but moreso … the father of it … in a manner of speaking…)

No disrespect intended

Not really, it’s more of an opinion. Do you strongly disagree with the statement?

You have already been forgiven by me,

However…you did not wrong me in any way…therefore, no reason to forgive

Thank you.

That was how I saw it as well, but I realize not everyone is in the habit of looking at things like that.

That you believe in.

It’s not and it makes no sense.

Thanks again

What do you consider to be the Lamb?
And also the “body of Christ” (as) if I am not mistaken?

And the wedding itself? I’m guessing it takes place in heaven and the attendees never leave?

Interesting. I suppose I haven’t thought about it much. I never considered it as being foundational for me, I only ran across it a few months ago if I recall correctly.

You might be right on that.

a little bit of hate can go a long way
make 70 excuses for your brother

Yeah I see the resemblance. Maybe I will find more.

Thank you.

Nothing makes sense by itself unless one is willing to make sense of it.
Thank you for answering my question.

If you think so.

If you’ve got more to add without difficulty on yourself, then please do so

No. You can try and make sense of it.

John 1:29, “The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” Need I say more?

The body of Christ is also known as the espoused bride of Christ.

It does take place in the third heaven. The only one cast out of the third heaven is Lucifer (aka Satan) Some of the angels that disobeyed were not allowed back to the third heaven, and Satan’s angels are not allowed in. I have never given much thought about who is allowed in the third heaven, but I ask my little group and start a discussion with them.

BTW, “never leave” is not accurate if we are talking about the third heaven as a location that never relocates. This gets complicated and probably counter to what many believe, so I’ll stop there.
