The Israel War Thread

Then just come out and say that you are supportive of what hamas did on oct 7

Yes they all knew, dead jews were good news for Germans as they simply got the houses Jews owned, it was as simple as that. They got free houses/jobs/everything that the Jews no longer needed as they were dead.

They did not deserve it but the US did a ton of math and realized they would lose a lot of men/equipment/time if they kept on moving on land. The bombs fixed everything quickly. Fix : Ending the war!

Forgiveness is how you show that.

Because I agreed with you. The rest of your post is just nonsense.

So, in other words dhikr is the greatest Christian virtue, and forgiveness is a by product of it.

You say the greatest by product, and because of that a Muslim cannot resemble Christ. I disagree.

I ask again - did you have any other reasons?

Huh? I am not. When I heard what happened, I wished I could feel for the victims and recognized my inability as a deficiency within myself.

It seems that I am not as hateful as you would like me to be.

You had to wish that you could feel for them?

I don’t want you to be hateful, just truthful

If you don’t support what hamas did on oct 7th then you could have just said that

see how easy that was

I have no idea what you even mean by this

No. You don’t love God if you haven’t embraced forgiveness. Reciting a bunch of allahu akbars like a trained parrot doesn’t show love of God.

Muslims often say that we believe in Jesus (as), and we do in a sense but not like most Christians seem to mean. We don’t consider him to be God’s son for example. I do consider him as an excellent example however.

You’re hateful enough, however.

Yes. I’ve become quite numb at times in my past, still am in many ways, there may be a similarity with the phrase “dead in sin”. Numbness is also something I am working on as I consider it to relate to blindness.

I was able to pray for Jewbacca and his family after the reminder from twojarslave early in the other thread. Unfortunately it didn’t occur to me before then. Fortunately I was able to notice the hint and act on it.

I somewhat agree but not completely. Why do you think a Muslim cannot embrace forgiveness?

If you say so.

A little bit of hate can go a long way. “Enough” would depend on circumstances and purpose.

It’s embracing forgiveness and rejecting vengeance that is the problem for Islam.

As a Muslim, you need to believe that.

There is a significant historical history that Jesus existed. So, in a sense, everyone who knows that Jesus walked on earth believes in Jesus. Muslims are just one group that believes in Jesus.

Then reading all the supporting passages, you are not assured everlasting life received via your belief that Jesus existed as anything other than the Son of God. BTW, Jesus is sufficient by Himself. No need for the approval of any man or any work.

One belief I have from the Bible is that those who believe in Jesus Christ during the Church age are the espoused bride of Christ. The bride does not get invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb. No bride needs to be invited to her own wedding. So, from how I read the Bible, you will need an invitation to enter the wedding supper of the Lamb.

IMO, using English and adding a word I have no idea its meaning, is a perfect example of agreed upon premises.

BTW, is “dhikr” a word. Is it read left-to-right or right-to-left. Is it an Arabic word? About all I know is that it looks like a phonetics nightmare. Please converse to me in English. I am terrible with foreign languages.
