So what’s your current eating plan look like? If it 'aint nailed down you eat it?

A1 Leg extensions - 9x190, 9x190, 9x190, 9x190
A2 Hamstring curls - 9x145, 9x145, 7x145, 8x145
B1 Reverse curls - 12x60, 12x70, 12x70
B2 Stiff legged deadlifts - 10x185, 10x185, 10x185
Front squats - 8x135, 8x135
Holy crap was I ever GASSED. By the end of those SLDLs I’m ready to die. I was supposed to do another set of front squats but I wimped out.
Monday - DL & back
531 Deadlift - 3x225, 3x255, 5x290 (These are getting hard)
A1 DB rows - 10x80, 10x80, 10x80, 9x80
A2 good mornings - 10x95, 8x95, 9x95, 8x95
pullups - 16, 10, 10, 8 (hmmm, lost a little ground here…)

I’ve decided I’m going to teach myself how to walk on my hands. Considering I don’t even know how to do a hand-stand, I have some work cut out for me. So far I’m just trying to get used to doing them against the wall, and we’ll take it from there.

Not sure I could super set GM’s, that sounds misserable.
Are you trying to do handstands so you go straight to handstand pushups? Only saw one guy in my life do those, and he had a LOT of muscle on him.
I can do wall-assisted handstand pushups now. Free-standing ones… now THAT’S cool!

Well, wall-assisted pushups impress me as well. I’d have to get 10 lbs off my gut and put them on my shoulders to do that. How about some vids?
Hand stand push ups are pretty cool. Couldn’t hardly stand on my head yet on my hands.
I introduced some garden corn into my diet. I haven’t eaten much of the stuff at all for several years now. Ya’ know what? I feel like I’m being smothered in poison gas.

Yeah, yeah, it’s ugly. But I hope to get a bunch sexier at it as I practice. I also intend to do them to my CHEST not my head. But baby steps… right?
