Well, I don’t want to start a log, but I track my food on fit day. I could do a screenshot or something, not sure how that will come out.

Did you see the points thing that I posted in the OP? I suppose that would work, as long as we could see how the meals were divided up.

Points:

Breakfast: +25
school snack: +10
dinner: +20
home snack:+ 10

walking and exercises: +20

total: 85

2busy- You lucked out this week because we’ve been out of groceries and snowed in since Monday :stuck_out_tongue: Next week it’s back on.

I’m just going to test this out to see if it will work. This is my fit day log from yesterday. The chili verde was made by me (I enter all the ingredients into fit day and then measure out portion sizes, I can provide an ingredient list).

I just don’t want to start a new food log here.

I usually eat more than this and I normally don’t log fish oil. I can start.

Haha. I cheated. Not really. What I do is sometimes eat random vegetables just to get points for them. For instance, I ate a carrot with breakfast. It counts :slight_smile:

The rest of my breakfast was leftovers from last night, which was basically beef and potatoes. So +5 for fat from beef +5 for non-processed carb, +10 for protein in beef, and +5 for carrot :stuck_out_tongue:

Damn straight, 1/4 cup of frozen spinach is going into my smoothies! Muahahahaha.

I would have had 50 points today from working out… yeah that’s right! I did my oly lifting class (I fianlly got the snatch down! yeah) and as well as a crossfit workout. BAM! That’s right, a cool 50 right there.

So long as no one delivers me a case of my favorite beer, you all are going down next week!
