That’s even worse than mine. Both of us will gain weight, but I’m pretty sure if I stopped caring, he’s eat chocolate cake and chicken wings indefinitely starting tomorrow. He’s a fat man in a skinny man’s body. At least he still cares. We don’t keep unhealthy things in the house because if I’d been in your shoes last night, I would have totally nommed that tater tot bacon thing! I have no self control if it’s in the kitchen.

WE don’t keep much junk in the house( I DO THE GROCERY SHOPPING!!) Times like those nights are tough.
Makes the chicken and broccoli not so appealing but it’s part of the game.

yesterday was not good as I thought but I got some points anyway :stuck_out_tongue:

345pm- almonds- 5

530pm- took the dog out on a walk 10

I caved and had the yummy delicious eggy tater thingy. And had gingersnap cookies. meh

So I can probably just scrap yesterday altogether, LOLZZ! It’s a new DAYYYY!!!

Unfortunately we have negative points… if you eat an unhealthy meal it’s -5. Are you saying that you ate 3 unhealthy meals and therefore have no points for yesterday, in the positive or negative?

Don’t worry, I had plenty of negative points yesterday.

Good food - 95 points

Bad food - -25 points (It was going to be only -20 but I was offered a can of Kokanee post hockey…)

Exercise - 35 (hockey and plp)

Total - 105 points.

Dinner- Green Curry Thai rice w/beef and vegetables–not entirely sure how to count this???

I moved 10.5 tons between squats and leg press yesterday.

My quads are a little sore today.

I regret the hockey thing. The only solution is I’m going to have to try workout out twice a day. Crossfit cardio-style in the morning and lifting at night.

I’ll count hockey as exercise for today.

It’s too much fun to count as a workout, lol
