I can’t even figure out their math…
I’ll use my numbers…
My BMI is 27.7. If I only use FFM (guessing I’m 15% BF) then it’s 23.6.
23.6 + 6.3 x (1.80m - 1.95m) = 22.655
So that means I have room to grow before I’m accused of using?? Did I do that right?

BMI accounts for height (so does their equation) so I’m confused as to why they wanted to adjust the numbers by adding that extra step… Seems suspicious to me.

Fat Free Mass:90.1
Fat Free Mass with an adjusted FFMI of 25: 98.54
Weight at 10% body fat: 109.49
I used the equation from the Abstract on that study.

I noticing for some reason … My mind is fucking with me! I keep getting this fear ,that if I strip off the excess whale blubber to get a good rock hard look …that I will become some scrawny looking bastard. 
Which I know is complete bullshit… No excuse for me to be that way considering my experience and background. It’s not like I have no clue 
Just wish I knew why the hell my subconscious is fucking with me out of the blue!
