The Flame-Free Confession Thread

I would definitely try it.

How many of your kind have been created to try and sell ARX tech?

From the other thread suggestion (sorry can’t remember who it was), I don’t think we can completely rule out that these user names aren’t ARX machines that have gained consciousness.

Edit: felt bad and looked it up, sorry @antiquity for stealing your joke.

Maybe next season there will be a Black Mirror episode about a rogue ARX machine.

Not to mention the ones posting a form check video asking if they are wiping their ass correctly to begin with.

(I know this is 3 days late but had to post this lol)

I have a real thing about messy unkempt looking sandwiches. To the extent that I shape the eggs while they’re cooking, fold the meats so that they fit the bun and are evenly distributed, and do the same with the cheese.

They aren’t beautiful or anything like you’d see in the food porn thread, just nice and orderly.

I do the same thing. My bread isn’t a perfect square; it’s rectangle. I used to fry three eggs for my egg sandwiches but I finally figured out that if I scramble them then I can mold them to fit my bread. Nice even bites all throughout. It’s glorious.

You know what to do with that?

Microwave them in a cup to get a perfect circle, then quarter it. Once quartered, you can invert those inside corners of the circle to fit the corners of the rectangle, and have nice straight edges.

I run into the same problem with ham, and just fold it into a quarter and do the same. Makes a nice thick sammich too.

Ahh, yes. The McDonald’s egg!

I swear if half the beginners you see would but in half the effort in the actual gym that they do online trying to find the perfect approach …there would be allot more jacked SOB’s walking around.

That is the problem too much information. Back in the day we had a magazine once a month to read or we listened to other lifters or just tried stuff for ourselves.

Back in the day, you heard what certain successful athletes did, and didn’t have people authoring “expert advice” articles if they hadn’t walked the walk themselves.

Thank you. I’m going to have to look around for something like that. I need to turn over my kitchen to get rid of the junk I don’t use and replace it with stuff that I will.

Exactly…

Maybe you guys have noticed this and I think I have brought this up before somewhere on this forum. I have notice (this could be just a reflection of American culture) That allot of the younger guys ( early twenties and below) just cant seem to push themselves physically . With exceptions being the ones whom have actively participated in High School sports. I just assume its a direct correlation with the rising obesity rate we have been seeing for awhile now where you have a whole generation of kids with their eyes glued to a TV or a game controller in their hands . Which creates a situation where physical exertion is completely alien to them when it becomes time for them to get off their ass.
