I’m not supposed to go past 90 degrees (hip flexion) on any leg movements like squats and I’m not upset one bit.
Lifting in the evenings has kept me from drinking because I’m afraid rum will sabotage my gains if used as a post-workout drink.

On vacation this week visiting my wife’s family, and don’t have access to a gym. Tonight, with a slight buzz, my two nephews wanted to bench press. So I pressed the first one for 20 reps then the younger one for 20 reps. Technically it was 3x20+ dropset. Not sure if it was the booze or the reps, but I my triceps and pecs were cramping the last 30 or so reps.

Lately I like to use squat stands more than squat racks. I have no explanation why. I just like them.

Not allowed at my job, haha. Besides, beards get caught on the stones and log, unless I wanna wear a hairnet or my wife’s hairties, which is not a good look.
The only job I knew of that didn’t allow a beard was that of a fire fighter. Your company has some strict rules haha.
