I am sure I read somewhere that eating fried chicken is a good way to minimise DOMS. At least that’s what I told myself tonight when I spent $80 on KFC !!

Some big feast bucket, popcorn chicken, chicken tenders, hot wings, 5 boxes of chips and a Diet Coke. I did share it with some friends so didn’t smash it all myself !!
I like the idea of the pop corn chicken challenge. I used to do a Mc D cheeseburger challenge which was try to eat 15 cheeseburgers in 15 mins. I could never get more than 12.

Reminds me of a time i bought 100 chicken nuggets from maccas.
I only could get to 30, I just really started despising the taste. Needless to say i haven’t ate nuggets since.
