I’ve never had any movement give me the thick mid back mass and rounded look better than Zerchers.
Completely agree about the loading limitations on them though.
I have no idea haha, and I’m not sure I’ve ever even said the word out loud. Just how I read it for whatever reason.
Zercher is okay if you’re using it as an accessory for an iron cross event or a conan wheel. Perhaps if you have a busted hand? Like flip, I see it inferior to a squat and inferior to a bunch of other variants.

C’mon mate, you corner even a docile dog and even he may snap at you. There is a lot of shit being flung around and yes it may have been a bit far to dive into someones training log and grab a pic for arguments sake, but this is the interwebz.
