I miss feeling jittery because I can drink 40 ounces of coffee and still fall asleep (or at least want to). I’m about to go get my third cup of the day now… First one was 16 oz and now I’m using my 24 oz cup.
I miss that feeling I experienced the first time I took the original NO Xplode formula.

BOO HOO… Certain individuals in the You Tube Fitness community are upset regarding the decrease that they are seeing in their ad revenue. Oh, cry me a river. I guess some of these so-called experts might have to get off their asses and achieve something of consequence or start training individuals in real life. So that they can actual make money in the fitness industry as oppose to sitting back and making videos.
Thinking the exact same thing, brother. Should have put back the money while it was rolling in rather than blowing it on bullshit. YouTube was never a revenue source to being with. I don’t see why people thought it would last forever.
My view point is a large % of these guys would be making zero in the real world since IMO allot of the sites are garbage.

Flame-free: I have been accidentally cutting for the past month. I manually entered a food in my tracker app, (siggis fat free plain Skyr) of which I eat 2-3 servings/day. I put it in as 450kcal/serving instead of 150kcals. I have been under calories by 700-1050/day. The upside being that now I have brought my calorie goal down by 600/day and it hasn’t effected me negatively (I obviously feel the same, and I never would have thought that I could exist on 2400/day without getting too hangry.)
Where do you get this out of curiousity?
Advertisers became upset when they discovered Google was putting their ads against fairly random stuff - including racist rants.
In response Google began identifying videos with advertiser unfriendly content and stopped diverting ad money to them.
The pool of controversial topics has expanded.
My local supermarket (Fred Meyers). Siggis is based in NY, and I am in the pacNW, so I know it gets around. Definitely worth requesting at your supermarket. 24oz tubs run about $5-$6.
I believe that Paul Carter is the most awesome coach on T-Nation. Much more people should learn from him. He and Dan John are the definition of simplicity in the iron world (their methods are so simple but very effective, making it easier for anybody to improve his/her body in every possible way).
Loading the bar weirdly is the best. Internet point for anyone who can guess the bar weight, disqualified for guessing if you looked at my log.

I like the gyms where the 45s are anywhere from 40-50 pounds. Makes it really easy to Fock something up once you have 4+ per side on anything.

100kg/225lb?
My neighbors have caught me on many occasions swearing at a keg/myself in the middle of a conditioning medley.
I warm up my bench in 20lb increments so my top set recently (225) has been the bar with nine 10lb weights on each side.
This week I’ll move up to 235 so I’ll probably go up to 185 using 10s, then slap a couple 25s on the outside. I might even have the numbers facing out on one side and in on the other.
I also only use 1 pair of 45s while DL’ing and then keep adding 25s or even 35s if I’m feeling especially frisky. It makes loading and unloading a breeze.
I’m guessing you’ve plenty of plates at your gym otherwise that just sounds inconsiderate.
