I want to be that rare 65 year old you see every 5 years or so walking on the beach jacked. Even if I need trt at 50 or 55, I’m holding off until mid 60s to feel that youth viberancy again late in life. Plus, to experience the gains again.

This is my goal too! My PRs suck but they’ll be impressive if I can maintain them into my 60s and beyond…Hopefully.
Speaking as one who is pushing 55; IMO it doesn’t get easier. The objective changes from adding LBM to maintaining what you have. Continuing to find ways to push yourself become more important, not less. Diet and conditioning more so than ever. Coasting will not get it done.
