People have gotten petty.in the same vain awhile ago I joined a facebook site created by a guy who was marketing himself. People were posting lifts and the guy was telling them good job and the like. I posted one and got likes and comments from others. But not from the main guy. Come to find out it was way more then he had ever done. So I made him look bad since most of his follower were beginners and average gym goers who posted.
Your problem is you need to stop holding it in and speak your mind.![]()
It’s those famous British manners
My apologize wanted to add more to my original reply
Again I agree with your full assessment. Like I said I feel its in the selfishness of those ass clowns that makes them push the whole fake natty thing to their followers. “Oh dont follow that guy!” Hes a fake natty! " Dont expect to surpass my level with out gear… it cant be done" Great job to these ass clowns… they do a disservice to those that foolishly follow them by putting doubt in these impressionable beginners and stifle them! For God sakes some of the biggest loud mouth leading the charge are not exactly Elite level as drug free guys themselves!
But like you said @T3hPwnisher it creates this mentality that anyone over a certain level is all on gear or one cant achieve anything without it.
Whats even more messed up is I have seen certain social media guys who are open about gear use repeatedly preach over and over to beginners NOT to run gear until they max out their natural gain. Those guys are telling guys years.… which is more can be said for the fake natty witch hunters.
Omg for some reason I was like 200% sure you were or had been on steroids… Haha man this truly is a discovery
As if everything, including chemical substances, wasn’t a byproduct of nature anyway. Yeah I usually roll my eyes too when I read the word “natural,” as if that somehow implies that there’s something in existence that isn’t part of nature.
My wife’s been working out for a couple months now and squatted 225 yesterday!
Confession, she’s better at it than me ![]()

I confess that I don’t question feats of strength. My brain is only concerned with physique status because it is very difficult to be large and lean.
Yup. Lifetime drug-free. I like being big and strong, but I’m not about to break the law for it.
But I suppose I’ll consider it a compliment you thought I was on, haha. I’m too stupid to go messing around with my endocrine system.
Anytime I read one of those threads started by some young stud, it seems like stupid is a pre-requisite for messing around with the endocrine system.
It’s either a) what I don’t know won’t hurt me, or b) I already know everything, and I’m already sure I’m man enough to handle it.
Honestly blows my mind. I’m as nihilistic as the next dude, but even I take umbrage on an 8 week decision that could force you to be on hormone treatments for the rest of your life.
that also… I did the big and lean thing in my youth.
@anna_5588, are you okay?
It amazing how some treat the decision so haphazard. I seen guys put more thought into what brand of whey to buy.
Yeah, I’m fine. The toilet wasn’t though
Thanks for asking

I dunno, I saw it and it looks like he’s figured out he fucked up
Three years ago, I remember wondering why my bench wasn’t improving when I thought that “rest” meant taking 5 sec pause before starting the next set
If he hadn’t responded so oddly you might give him the benefit of the doubt that he meant 275, not 375, which would make a lot more sense if he’s repping 225.
The issue is he COULD be telling the truth. Or he could have lied about his bench to make his jump to pharma more inline with standard T nation advice.
The issue is the attitude in the mean time. I don’t think anything about this guy screams genuine or transparent.
