Interestingly enough my bench has gone up a bunch since taking five to 10 second tests between sets every three weeks.
I did that every workout… no progressive overload

Well fuck! My youngest son walking down the street got attached by a dog this morning. From the pic I was sent looks like he got a small chunk out of his forearm. What pist me off is the owner could not provide prof of vaccination on the dog.

@ChickenLittle oh he will live… my concern at the moment is the whole rabies thing. I dont have the whole reasoning behind the Doc saying there is no need for shots . Which seemed the norm when I was a kid around here when things like this happened…
@wanna_be @EmilyQ I appreciate the concern. For clarification I should have more specific when I said youngest. Since it gives the false impression im speaking about younger kids my apologies. Since my two sons are now young men now… But I still find myself referring too them as kids even now.

In my confession news, my husband called me pretty as I was leaving for work, which is not a thing he does often and particularly not without there being a reason, like that we’re dressed to go out. I confess that it made my entire day. You men should tell your wives that on a weekday morning.
Also, today was the last of the work week for me and we’re off camping for the weekend tomorrow.
