How do you keep assuming these things that you think other people think with such detail?

It’s ridiculous.

Back to the old “when did I say that…”.

I know how I would go about it, and it would definitely include steroids.

But it ends there- Knowing what you know about what you’ve done.

It’s amazing that you assume a persons critical thinking skills are lacking, they’re a dullard etc. all while jumping to conclusions about what you think they know or think, casting aspersions and drawing conclusions about guys you spend very little time with at your gym, etc.

A person would have to be clairvoyant to do what you’re doing and even be in the ballpark.

Where does it say that I said you said that? HA! Checkmate Motherfucker! I made up a question out of the question you made up knowing that there is no answer to yours and therefore no answer to mine!

So, same dietary routine now means what ever you want it to without regard for amount or content?

Go on with your bad self. I am in awe.
OK you are right, dedication is what gets people 22 inch arms.
I haven’t said that either. Nor will I unless and until I have 22 inch arms. Even then I would only know how I got them, not how other people did.

You wouldn’t know its beyond the humans ability to naturally have 22 inch arms? Well you are playing a part here.
Can I please please please see your friend’s 20+ inch arms @200 lbs that they magically got from taking roids???
Strawmen are not welcome here.
You/your juiced up friends should read this. hopefully you will see how ridiculous 200 lbs with 22 inch arms is. You would have to be like 4’ 10".

I never said anyone i knew had 22 inch arms, what the hell are you talking about lol?

I said its impossible to have 22 inch arms naturally.

Again. What??

And technically it’s not impossible. There’s this thing called adipose tissue lol. Also there have been some natural giants. Angus Mòr MacAskill, the tallest natural giant in regarded history at 7’9. Natural as in having normal proportions and suffering no endocrine disorders and growth abnormalities. His wrists were 13.5 inches lol. If he didn’t 22 inchers (which I’m sure he did), I’m sure he could get them with training no problem lol. Yeah so technically not impossible lol.

What is happening here?.. This is like the fifth time you’ve put words in Skyzyks’s mouth. He never mentioned that it was possible or impossible to get 22 inch arms natty. You’re just making shit up lol.

And for the record, it is super possible natty. I have seen women at Walmart with 22" arms.

Good troll attempt 7/10.

As for putting words in his mouth, he stated I said someone could gain 80 pounds without eating at a surplus, then admitted he was just being a clever asshole. So if he puts words into my mouth should he not expect it back?

As for 22 inch arms being possible natty, in a bodybuilding contact. It isn’t, we all know it, lets drop the hippy we don’t know maaaaan bullshit. We do know its bullshit. We all do.

Thanks for following my thread.

You perhaps haven’t been following me closely through the years considering I’ve done a bit more than those numbers in the past: 495 for a single in squat and deadlift and 345 for a single in the bench, all done when I was a morbidly obese 240# pound permabulker in the gym who thought nothing in life was more important than the gym!

A chunk of the last decade of training was far from serious and sometimes I did not train at all. Now I am in a position in life where I can be pretty serious and I don’t want that to change. Those numbers are NOT PR’s and I have more in the tank from muscle memory as I explained before and considering the progress I’ve been making on a weekly basis since dedicating myself recently.

Perhaps I would have been more impressive if:

 1. I rarely or didn’t miss a workout in the past decade.
 2. Quit work or if working, forgo all demands or stressors from it(such as abusive, hostile environments), or the stress of two periods of unemployment (you know, pretty much “live the dream” by never taking up anything that will infringe on round-the-clock eating and training.
 3. Moved to the top of a mountain.
 4. Tried to get rich off You Tube and boring e-books (not a bad idea per se)
 5. Take up work like posing for Muscle Hunks or Colt.

… and whatever else necessary to “live da dream” so I can impress passive aggressive pussies on the 'net with a more impressive physique and greater strength.

And for your information:

 1. I never wrote as if I was the most dedicated. I’ve found this lifestyle or hobby very difficult at times as it conflicted with my life at times.
 2. I’ve admitted to spotted, inconsistent training.
 3. I never did or will ever set the bodybuilding world on fire, nor have I deluded with such fantasies.
 4. NONE of this has anything to do with my knowledge and training on nutrition and training.
 5. You have annoyed me, and I suspect either you’re a confrontational prick for the fun of it, or a bitch who pokes at my “CV” (possibly my profession and degrees that I rarely bring up) or physique out of jealousy.
 6. The people I’ve trained IN PERSON with and who are actual close friends from T-mag know I don’t talk shit and am the first one to say I am far from special.

We’ll see how poorly I do in the future DB. I’ll have to deal with a pathetic twice bodyweight squat and 1.5 x bodyweight bench and 2.5 bodyweight deadlifts. So pathetic considering a low 300’s bench, low to mid 400s squat, and high 400s to 500 deadlifts are so bad for a natural weighing in the low 200’s with ordinary genetics and a full time job and a life, definitely not someone who knows a thing or two.

Or one is an enhanced african american with great genetics and synthol and other shit and the others are white european sides with shitty genetics ?

Again you sound crazy. I said steroids are a wonder drug that can take a 120lb kid and have him reach 200lbs in a few years of big lifting and eating. I did not say that they will make everyone the same size who took them.
Your two options were moronic.
