The Farmer's Walk: The Best Exercise?!

Hi everybody, this is my first post on the forums. Glad to be here.

In my experience, the Farmer’s Walk is the exercise that benefits/trains my whole body the most. I would like to hear your views on this exercise.

Does it work your entire body?
Do you think doing it excessively (maybe even doing nothing but the FWs) can lead to severe muscle imbalances?

Thanks.

fuck, 2010ers are just as bad as the 09ers

True story. I’m hoping it’s just that the failing economy is pulling dumb people away from work and onto this website. With any luck it’ll all be over soon (retarded posters, not the recession… ok, well that too).

I have a belly button.

it is a good exercise but nothing compared to the squat

I like also the crunching.

I do nothing but kettlebell swings while balanced on a bosu ball. If I’m feeling really crazy I might throw in some curls. I make sure I do them in that big rack thingy so I don’t strain myself picking up the heavy bar from the floor.

you shouldn’t only do farmers walks but they are a great grip, traps and leg exercise as well as good for conditioning.

OP what’s up with your username? You throw up onto your keyboard?

This article may be of interest to you

But I personally wouldn’t be only doing farmers walks.
