Clients at my clinic have gained over 600lb muscle and dropped over 660lb fat over the last 6 months. We use an InBody to track, it’s very rewarding to help guys get their health back on track. We have stayed mostly on plan with my model/projections over the first 9 months open too which I am really stoked about

Can I ask how many clients you have?

I don’t even know if I ever posted anything in your thread prior to opening, but I feel invested in your success just by virtue of having followed it. Congratulations!

I started a private practice (psychotherapy) in October 2018, and remember being a little tipsy at Christmastime and cheers-ing to “OMG, we’re crushing it!” Website was bringing people in, referrals were a constant stream, people loved the offices - just so immensely satisfying.

I’m thrilled for you that you’re enjoying this win.

Sure we have over 450 now :muscle:

The numbers I shared for the +600lb muscle / -650lb fat is a very limited set of our clients though, we do InBody scans at week 0, week 4 and week 12, we have less than 50% of our guys through the 3 sets of scans. A lot of people also aren’t pursuing any physique changes when starting TRT, though we are providing guidance to those who want to improve body composition as to the approaches to nutrition, ever use and lifestyle that are conducive to getting results

Thank you!! It’s been a journey for sure the last nine months have just flown by. Like everything it isn’t without its hiccups but the feeling to get good reviews and feedback that people love the place is incredibly rewarding. It’s also satisfying to be consistently booked 2 or 3 days out :sunglasses:

We have a pile of my husband’s friends here for the weekend, and last night as we were dropping off to sleep he murmured, “You looked good tonight,” then paused and added, “in those jeans.”

Not really an appropriate brag anywhere else in my life, so I’ll just drop it here. I’m still glowing from it, even though I could very easily have answered “I know,” because I did know.

Feeling the work I’ve been putting in in all sorts of good ways.

Ty !

I watched a Russian language history video without subtitles and was able to understand most of it.
It’s really cool how I can listen to something and have the words process almost automatically.

I’m at a seminar with maybe 75 other people, and I am apparently the only one who brought a lunch.

Finally got to have a go at competing at Indoor rowing (at the British Indoor rowing championships in Birmingham)…first event (250 metres was as disaster… I somehow managed to fall of my seat…after about 10 seconds…DOH!).

Second event, glued my bum to seat… and I won and me a Bronze medal!!!

Nicely done!

We have a seated rope pull cardio thing at our gym. It does a fairly good job of simulating rope climbing, with pulley resistance weights between 20 and 200 pounds. I use it the same way I would do sprints.

Today it said I burned 50.2 calories in one minute. Given the other speed and distance data, this corresponds to a pulley resistance of about 70 pounds, which is what the manual said it should be at that setting. I understand these machines are often pretty imprecise, but the calculations to check this pulley thing is much easier than most.

My kiddos math homework. I solved it too so we could check each others work.

I’m like endlessly proud of the kids work ethic & smarts.

I started leather working back in December. This is my 3rd belt but first one with a design (one was a basic belt, the other was braided). Very very happy with how this came out. Only have to dye and stitch it which is easy compared to the prep work.

Completely finished the belt. Pretty happy with it. The stitching took forever by hand
