I’m guessing you’re ‘slightly’ taller?
also, Daryl appears to have particularly small waist… those lbs are where they’re needed!
It would be interesting to read what type of training DG used while slowly gaining. It also serves to show people that ‘special supplements’ are no magic pill; the years of dedicated hard work must be put in.

Dude, best video ever
Just watchin that video man… Daryl Gee is a beast. Wouldn’t suprize me at all if he took the entire 202.
Daryl, you are a big, impressive dude! Congratulations! Your vascularity is nuts! I’ve never seen a back with veins sticking out everywhere like that!
I did have a question though, Have you ever torn your pec? I noticed in the latest training lab video that your right pec has a small…lump, i guess, right near the center of your chest.

You know that you are doing something good when a supposedly “competitor” (MD) posts a 2 part video of your work!
the thing that ‘gets’ me the most, is the relatively light weights used in his training. it really flies in the face of all I thought before, and learning these techniques must also be safer. Is it better mind-muscle connection? or what?
Yeah its awesome to see you get some cred over there on their forums too ![]()
Hany who?
Yeah, that was the first thing that popped into my head… Usually MD doesn’t give Publicity to anyone who’s not one of ‘their athletes’… great PR for Daryl, and certainly an extra bit of exposure for you Christian!

I haven’t seen them using relatively light weights where have you come across this?
I wonder if training in an environment in which you are surrounded by large crates of top quality supplements results in even greater growth and recovery. Osmosis FTW.

Jokes aside, I wish you guys the best of luck at the show today and know that the countless hours of hard work and dedication that you have poured in will culminate in an extremely powerful display.

He did go fairly heavy… for example 225lbs behind the neck press for reps, he used 345 x 5 on the bench press at the end of last week (2 weeks out). When you see light weights in a video it is generally part of a max reps circuit which does use lighter weights for higher reps in a circuit. These were normally done in the PM, the heavy lifting stuff was done in the AM.

Even if he was using light weights (which CT said he really wasn’t) that wouldn’t mean that light weights are better. He didn’t build that large amount of muscle mass with light weight for all these years.
Again this goes back to the whole “what I’m doing now isn’t always what got me here” thing.
Todays the show? Good luck today Darly! You look awesome and are gonna kick ass! Good job CT. Nice to see you getting some pub from a ‘competitor’ site
