Warm-ups agile 8, lazy lifter, jump rope, yoga stuff.
Had the opportunity to use a pair of squat shoes. Brand Risto, special Ecuadorian handmade shoes with wooden heel.
Front squat + back squat

It’s a different sensation with the shoes. Felt good to stand in, different to squat in them.
Back squat

87,5 x 5 they felt good. Belt on loose. Had a nagging in the lower back
97,5 x 3 tough went deeper than the old style, not quite there yet but much better. Heavo
107,5 x 1 Heavy and wobbly.
107,5 x 3 237 lbs PR, of some kind, aimed for 5. First and third were okay, almost lost the second.

Well not feeling great today. Was just out of the groove.
Bracing still not good. I’m working with it.
Beginning to be a bit worn out, looking forward to deload next week.
Haven’t been eating enough today. It’s 8 pm and I still miss 500 Cals.
