No amrap. Amrap is every week in the third cycle.

No, Mort is telling you about some of Wendler’s newer stuff. He calls it Leaders and Anchors. It’s unnecessarily confusing.
A leader is something like 5s PRO run for two cycles. The anchor is a tougher program like PR sets.
Mort was giving you 9-10 weeks of training: 6 weeks of 5s PRO (two cycles), a deload week, and then 3 weeks of PR sets.
Doh, okay, that is an important distinction. So everything is 5 until the 3rd cycle, in which case I suddenly have to go AMRAP on the last set every week.

Yeah, I am starting to get it. I think for at least one cycle, it is a good plan to get me back into lifting shape in a real gym, but beyond that I don’t know…my All AMRAP All The Time approach has been crazy effective in the past.
Because a lot of People have had great succes but not me

I’m still here, it really has struck me like a thunderbolt that my beloved mom passed away, but I’m good and I knew it had to come, just not right now… there never really is a right moment I guess.
I’ve been busy tidying up our new house (mom and dad’s) especially the garden which was a mess. Been just like a cross fit session everytime I was there.
The house needs a real makeover it seem like, we’ll see where we end.
Weight have been going up and down from 77 kg to just over 79 kg from day to day that is.
Training wise I’m still doing 531 BBB’ish, having 2 or 3 days of rest in between. Have been repeating the previous 3’s week as a kind of deload and then not.
I’m hoping to be back on course Monday, but we’ll see how things turns out.
