The Cardio Thread

I’m in Week 2 of the 12 week program CT wrote in the Running Man article. Doing two sessions per week along with one longer cardio session like a swim or bike ride. I’ll let you know how it goes, so far I love how short the workouts are, but I hate the feeling I get by about the 4th interval!
