My legs grow pretty easily, so I can even choose to just leg extension and hack squat my ass off and theyll still grow. I like front squats on the smith. Back squats are gay on the smith tho. I still cant walk today and my abz have such sick burn sickabz would be proud. The only difference is that I wouldn’t brag about how much I can put down on the smith front squat. I have the same thoughts on smith machine weight as I do on pulley weight. Its heavy…but its not that heavy. Kiss my ass and lick my balls if you beg to differ.
