I’m sitting at 232~ morning weight. Enjoying being bigger right now because I know it’s gonna go away. ALTHOUGH, I’ve been talking to some BB’ers across the pond and I might be able to hold onto most of my mass if I play my cards right. The first few weeks I’m sure I’ll lose some due to the change and whatnot, but I’m hoping to come back around 220 and fairly lean. Get some!

232 is huge. Congrats. Hopefully you can come back 220 and I can get up to around 210-215 and do my best to match you.

Injured my shoulder it seems, so I tried to just do skull crushers instead of floor press. Did not work lol. DB bench didn’t hurt too badly though so I did close grip 2x115, 6x100 which seemed a little weak for me but everything else went well.

The ones I am finding ARE NOT what I’m talking about, BUT if you can imagine RDL with a wide stance and outward toe position you pretty much have it

its not a “quad” (knee extension dl, so its not like the conventional or sumo

unrelated but mega cool points for me: I’m training this girl with them but she does not know I’m only training her to make her ass bigger…they are the cure for noassatall disorder and may cause asslikewhoa syndrome

We did!

The way I did them was just like a sumo DL, then lowered until bar was within 1-2" of ground, then went back up. Had the mirror to make sure plates came close to ground.
