Actually the punter is about 6’3" and I was spotting him for squats. For a guy with long ass legs, he was low box squatting 365 for easy sets of 5.

I’d been benching on the smith for a while and I tried just the straight up bench. Weights didn’t seem to want to move. Whoops…
Going to start warming up and exhausting the pecs on straight up free weight bench, with the working sets on the smith since I don’t have a spotter.

Brush your teeth or use listerine, gets rid of the urge.
Chew on celery its as close to a 0 calorie food as humanly possible. You’ll soon lose the urge to eat stuff lol.
