what are all of your thoughts and dosages on creatine/glutamine/bcaa’s?
What do you think about carb consumption during a workout?
What do you think about training in a gym w/out air conditioning in the summer time .vs. most gyms that do have AC? I do both and notice I lift heavier in the non-AC gym but don’t get a decent pump as I do in the AC gym. The amount of sweat is obvious…I think I probably burn more calories in the non AC gym. All of those can be factors in building your physique…
these are some things that can be debated…now go for it! lol

lifting in the heat may feel like your doing more but just because youre sweating doesnt mean anything, it just means youre hot. personally lifting at a reasonable temperature is best, something comfortable.
no I really do lift more, my numbers go up.
Say I train in an AC gym for a while and I start to plateu, if I switch to a “hot” gym then my lifts will be at least 10lbs heavier than normal and I feel that I can lift them with ease.
i dont want heat exhaustion taking away from my lifts, when itd be hot out and i had to wait for the bus to take to the gym id always wait inside the station to avoid getting fatigued by the heat. it was the worst if i had to walk.
i dont take creatine, bcaas, or glutamine. i took creatine monohydrate and it didnt do anything for me.

how did you take your creatine? How long as well? Either you didn’t take it right, had too high expectations, or are a “non-responder” but that’s a rare case.
on your squat problem, your hips are probably a bit tight and it is causing your body to feel uncomfortable during the lift. This is causing you to fall forward on your toes more, activating your quads more than glute/ham, etc. I had a similar problem and after some basic stretching it turned out fine. Hope that helped…
