Get the fuck outta here, Vishnun. Quit being an idiot.

I was about to place a new feeder in mine before this happened. It’s all good. Several houses don’t pay much attention to hummingbird activities so they will have plenty of food even if we take ours down.

Sad though.

I think I’m doing the same…with my abs ablazed from the hummingbirds quick weight loss diet…

Wow, it’s too bad some of us found this site a little too late…

A new topic: Mind/Muscle connection. How does one achieve it? What can help you achieve it? Is it a myth? Discuss.

Not a myth, do a low weight day and feel your muscles out.

More than anything else, that’s what I think I’ve been missing in all the years I’ve been lifting. I could eat enough and take all the right supps but had a hard time “feeling” the muscles working. It was a tough concept for me to grasp but I’ve gotten better at it. Especially in my chest training these days.

Can we get back to the topic of BODYBUILDING?

Here’s a question for the vets. Right now I have about a .5 inch difference between my left and right arm measurements. Now, at my current arm size that’s kind of a moot point, but what about some of you with larger arms? Do you notice a glaring disparity between them? And if so how much are you willing that disparity as natural and just leave it be? The difference between having a 17" and 18" arm seems large but what about .25-.5" is that something you work on correcting or no?

LOL I got a screenshot of that one before it went away.

Edit:
I agree, lets try keep on topic.

Mind-Muscle connection… Never really gave it much thought, although I am fairly new to this (only been lifting seriously for 3 years).

I dont know how possible it is to mind-muscle your thighs during squats, but I suppose you could really “think” about your biceps during curls. CT has mentioned things like squeezing the bar together on the bench press to stimulate the chest more or pulling it apart to make it more tricep oriented… This could be a mind-muscle thing if you use it right.

As far as the B-I-G crew goes, its anyone who has put serious time, effort, and energy into this game and has gotten the results that we other people are looking for.

The body is never perfectly symmetrical. On eye hangs lower, one boob is bigger (for girls - well mostly for girls), one foot is bigger, on arm is bigger.

My wife just got some store bought titties, and the right implant had 435cc of saline put in it. The left - 465cc. The doc did it to try an balance her out.

Point being, to have both arms be EXACTLY the same size is probably an exercise in futility. If you have 17" arms and one is .25" bigger - that is still over 98%. I guess when you hit Berardi’s 10% rule, you should be a little concerned

why would you want to be a roadrunner though? youd have to become morbidly feathered and involved with all sorts of nasty coyote fetishes to be a good roadrunner. you could just be a pretty little hummingbird instead.

True. Plus, hummingbirds can fit easily into stylish medium sized shirts at The Gap. [/quote]

I know this is a body building thread and not a supplement thread, but going back to the sleep topic I’ve tried the new Z-12 and I do have to admit I am much less tired during the day than without taking it. Took it out of my schedule for a few days and incorporated it back in and I noticed a difference myself.

Anyone one else trying out Z-12?

I believe in a mind-muscle connection via the nervous system. lol jk

I think that the more you focus on squeezing and contracting certain muscles during certain lifts the better the exercise will be fore you.

For example, anybody can lift weight using cable rows but it’s not really giving you the full benefit of the exercise unless you know how to use proper form and “feel” it in the mind muscle connection of the contraction of your back. Same goes for most exercises this was just one that stood out.

I posted in the Z-12 thread yesterday. Mix that shit with some ZMA and you will sleep like yo are in a coma.

I take 3 every night with my ZMA’s.

Best supplement Biotest come out with since MAG-10

I think bunker is the best term to describe this thread… seems kinda like a rebel camp.

I tried ZMA during my initial use of Biotest products but didn’t really feel a difference in my sleep.

I havent used Z-12, but I have been using a melatonin supplement lately and have been sleeping through the night without waking up…something that rarely happened before taking it.

whatever back to bodybuilding in our bunker rebel thread…lol

Be careful with melatonin. I did a little research on it a while back because I took some and stayed awake on accident. I had some weird occurances that made me want to research it a little more. After looking it up there is a bunch of possible weird sides that are still in the process of being tested.

If you knew this no biggie ignore my post, if you didn’t I’d research just so you know for sure what your using. It is a hormone, and taking anything hormonal usually has to be taken seriously.

I got an explanation…it’s a wipe clean so as to say the intrusion never happened, so all reference to it was removed.
