The Big Program Compilation!

This is a (very shamefull) bump of my own post, but I just started training again after a long period off the weights, and I figured others than just myself would be interested in seeing this (again).

(SORRY if self-bumps are against the rules of the forum)

Loving this thread, should definitely be stickied.

Wish I could think of something to add but seems like a dam good list so far and I’m stumped haha.

Going to be very helpful to alot of people, I know I’m going to be looking at it very often from now on.

Just remembered this article from not too long ago that could be interesting to try out:

Building The Apex Predator Body
Nate Green and Nick Tumminello

Beast69, it’s added!

Bump.

Sticky this already haha.

I was looking for a new program and found that The Mountain Dog schemes laid out by John Meadows should be nasty enough and provoke some muscle growth. To my horror I realized they were nowhere to be found in my Big Program Compilation.

Problem fixed!

STICKY!

Remembered about Thib’s Lats/Biceps Session, Thought might as well add it in with his other HPMass stuff.

Also Dan John’s Loaded Carries looks like a definite addition as these add a lot of fun ta your workout and you definitely feel them the next day, even while your still in the gym.

And Joe DeFranco’s lastest article on shoulders looks like a good bit of pain to add to a routine.

That’s it from me for now, a well deserved bump for this thread !!

Should be stickied so everyone can use it and not just me haha.

Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1
