Training is going well! Haven’t started the new program yet, just been doing a lot of high rep work of various kinds - squatting and working on depth, RDLs, Pullups, pushups (i’m even making up my own kinds now!), DB Presses, etc. Also doing a lot of circuits and complexes. Needless to say my body hates me, but I’m loving it.
Thanks to Owlie and the lot of you who train biceps, I decided to give it a try on Weds. Did all sorts of curls with the BB and DBs. ugh! I still have DOMs today!! And i find it so weird to have DOMs in just ONE SINGLE muscle. I swear to you, its like I can even feel the little muscle tears…
Anyways, first cycle of new program starts next week and looks like this:

Weighted Chins - 25, 10, BW (a la Owlie)
alternating weekly with Pullups 5x5
Blackburns (some DeFranco core work)
Bulgarian Split Squat w/ front foot elevated < so excited to try this!
