No mention of Clavicle lengthening surgery? Shame

Solid advice here. I saw a dude at the gym yesterday who had upper arms the size of my wrists, and he did 5 sets of forearm curls - because obviously that’s what he needs to improve on most.

^Not shaming the genetic twigs out there, just pointing out that too many newbies eat the garnish before the entree.
