I started the day with my usual protein shake, porrige and coffee. No surprises there.
However I did surprise myself later when later on I bought a cofee and a cream eclair. No kidding, a sugary bun with real cream and jam inside.
It was delightful. I haven’t had one in years.
Can’t remember what I had for lunch but it was probably another shake. Then the afternoon tea I had a massive custard muffin (which was nice but paled next to the cream eclair) and a cofee mocha. I dunno why but a sweet tooth was calling me that day.
For dinner I finished it off with chiken and mushroom pasta. For dinner. Hahahaha at the insanity!!!
It’s the worst whole day of eating I’ve had in a long time. It was nice, but I paid for it. I was having massive stomach pains this morning before I ‘dropped the kids off at the pool’.
After that I was pretty right, but I’m back on sane eating today. It’s fun to go crazy every now and then but I couldn’t do it to myself regularly.

This post got me to thinking, do you think we’re sending the wrong people to represent the US at the annual Nathan’s hot dog competition on July 4th. From the looks of this thread maybe we can have a T-dawg with the title!
'Twas a random night sometime pre-military, and a friend and I were straight up baked to death. My neighbor was an employee at the Nabisco factory. First of all, I’d like to entertain that thought. A pothead, next to a generous neighbor with an endless supply of Double Stuff Oreos, and Chips Ahoy! cookies…by the case. One night my buddy and I ate around 4-5 packages of Double Stuff, 2-3 packages of Chips Ahoy (this involved at least a full gallon of milk, minimum), two large pepperoni pizzas, 2 liter of Coke, and some other Nabisco munchies that I can’t remember. No idea what the calorie damage was, but I was mildly diabetic after that attack, and needed sleep. I think we accomplished that eating feat in about 90 minutes, only because we had to wait for pizza, and schmoozed the neighbor. Those were the days.
Set a good base at 6PM with MCDs double cheese supersize meal with 12 piece nugget. 8pm-2am drink 12 lite beers. When I got home I ate a small Dominos pizza with large order of buffalo wings, 2 pints of Haagen-Daz ice cream. Not sure what it totals but thats how I got fat.
Typical Dairy Queen outing= large cone with dip, chocolate peanut butter crunch sundae, large blizzard.
Typical cheat night, whole package tollhouse premade cookies with fudge filling still warm and gooey from the oven over a half gallon of breyers vanilla ice cream, topped off with herseys chocolate syrup…
Fu#k now Im hungry and I was dieting!

I have to agree…a $35 Mickey-D’s meal is unbelievable. I thought spending $20 or so was as bad as one could get.
My daily calorie record is around 9000 at a weight of 160 (pre-binge of course). My meal record is a dozen Krispy Kreme assorted doughnuts, a box of cocoa krispies, a sleeve of Chips Ahoy cookies, two king size Reeses Peanut Butter cups as well as Hershey’s bar w. almonds and two Choc. Graham Cracker MetRx bars. This was done in under 1 hour and put me to sleep for about four hours.
Fast food record: a large serving of spaghetti/meat sauce, 12 breadsticks w. a side of garlic butter, three slices strawberry cheesecake, a super-size double qtr. pounder w. cheese extra value meal and a large Reeses McFlurry. $24 between the two, but still nowhere near the $35 mark. All of the above eaten in approx. 30 minutes or less.
9k calories in under an hour? That, my friend, is impressive. Over a whole days period that’s pretty good, but under an hour is insane.

My biggest binge was probably a bag or Santitas corn chips with an 8oz container of french onion dip followed by a pint of Edy’s dreamery new york strawberry cheesecake ice cream.
I think that totals around 3500 calories.

I hear ya, Jason. That Edy’s dreamery new york strawberry cheesecake ice cream is my weakness.
There’s an all you can eat sushi place out here, I’ve figured out that I can put away the absolute most sushi possible if I do either a large Oly workout or some big time squats or deadlifts (heavy, and for at least an hour).
Anyways, I’ve yet to go in there and see anyone outlast me, which is sad considering I’m a scrawny little fuck who eats every 2-3 hours anyways.
When I was around age 10, while traveling accross the country ( Fl to Ca ) we stopped @ a Taco Bell. I went on to eat 14 tacos. I did this in about 20 mins. I was a normal kid, in good shape, not a fatty or anything like that. So, it was alot of food for me. My parent were like, whoa!! I was just hungry I guess.
I ah, was a bit inebriated…but between a guy friend and me, I managed to get down:
large hawaiian pizza (these are always my cheat meal cravings)
about 2 lbs of bulk candy (chocolate covered pretzels…yessss…)
2/3 of a pack of double stuf oreos
6 pack of smirnoff twist (i’m a girl, i’m allowed to drink that)
three packages of marshmallow peeps
large back of sour skittles
combos (which look disturbingly like those dog treats we give my jack russell)
annnd…
package of ritz crackers with easy cheese
