I’ve seen clips of that guy. Never known his name or who he was. Never once have these “manly” dudes given me the impression of being real men. They seem like some of the most insecure dudes ever.
It’s not dogma, it’s simply that some of us had to face actual adversity in life that made us realize what we’re actually made of - and that enabled us to identify weak men in an instant.
And both that guy and Tate are weak men, despite their colossal efforts to no appear so, using crutches such as whores, cars and supposed behavior patterns of the rich.
I don’t know who that Weller guy is but one of the first hits on YT is his mom (!) talking shit about him for, it seems, a full hour.
I think much of the reason for the polarity around folks like Tate and Trump (don’t take it too literal) is from social media algorithms/confirmation bias. YT will push content that you ‘want’ to watch, and it knows your perspective - meaning it will provide content that you either fully agree with, or fully disagree with (for outrage clicks).
Can’t comment on the video you’re mentioning as I haven’t seen it… probably because of an algorithm that shows me content that I like and hides content I won’t like.
back to the point though… I say “dogma” because y’all are claiming some ridiculous things for the sake of delegitimizing this dude, and you won’t listen to his message. I don’t blame you individually for this, and I will say that social media algorithms play a huge role in this, but it’s still important to know why someone you hate is liked by others.
Both of those guys you mentioned make that very easy for the algorithm though.
As far as this type of stuff goes, if the algorithm is pushing someone for outrage clicks, they are probably fairly offensive to a lot of people. Some go meh, whatever. Some get outraged. Some agree.
The algorithm isn’t pushing Mister Rodgers for outrage clicks. It wouldn’t work. It needs to be someone that Tate, Trump, Peterson, etc.
His message? He’s not Jesus, I don’t give a fuck about his message. I followed a simple two step heuristic when it came to Tate - first a gut instinct telling me he’s a weakling cosplaying as a man (my gut instinct has served me very well so far).
The second step is that I had the misfortune of doing some business in the industrial area near Bucharest airport where the chinless jesus for impressionable virgins resides.
No one resides there on purpose, especially if he/she is allegedly wealthy, no matter how many coke or webcam trashy whores you’ve got there. So therefore everything is BS.
That’s specifically why I mentioned them together. They do, unironically, share quite a few personality traits though.
Of course. I think its also quite easy to offend someone when you deliberately cut soundbytes to misrepresent someone’s point. This has happened to both of these individuals ad nauseum.
Not saying that is the only reason to hate them, simply that most folks who hate either of them - don’t actually understand either of them.
You don’t have to care about his message, or that of anyone else. But understanding it is kind of important when they’re a significant figure (like it or not, Tate is significant from an outreach perspective).
This is a bit too reductive to be accurate. I won’t change your mind, I don’t love the dude - but he was right about things that needed to be said. Unfortunately the counter-outrage is too loud to hear the most important part: the cure.
Hopefully someone can present the solution in a way that is both popular with the mainstream and is the correct way to resolve the issue (>30% of men under 30 being womanless, women’s bodycount rising, >50% of women over 30 being childless, etc.).
Thats just a statistical way of saying “Chads and Sluts are the problem” .
Men have been making themselves more suitable and attractive for women for centuries.
This is an online forum where we talk about things. Tate doesn’t affect my life. I’m not impressed by him. I wouldn’t want to be him. But I will give my opinion on him without regard for your crush on him.
And he seems like a housebound loser who needs to have shitty restaurant food delivered to him. The really wealthy have personal chefs. When he comes up with a cure for cancer I’ll be impressed.
And today, young men and boys prefer to play video games, smoke pot, and watch porn. The message is simple: grow up. 1 Corinthians 13:11 sums it up. Tate isn’t an example of a grown up.
But where does he go after that? It’s his concept of what an adult is that’s the issue. Act like Tate in your real life and see how far you get. Tate couldn’t act like Tate in the real world and get anywhere. Has he ever had a real job? He doesn’t have a wife or kids. Does he have friends? There’s a reason for this: he has no personality, charisma, charm, class, etc. He is lacking all of the things the boys who look up to him lack.
Interesting that Tate actually says some of the same things.
Probably in all the content you don’t watch.
This is why I keep going after the “dogma” thing. He’s produced A LOT of content and for anyone here to act like they’ve watched it all and understand him is a bit ridiculous - unless they REALLY have watched all of it. Most of you (including myself) have only seen shorts or relatively short videos of his content. Even worse would be content that was clipped and shared by someone other than him.
@zecarlo you have a very hard time understanding that I don’t love tate. I’m fairly agnostic about him as I agree with some of his points, but not how he goes about them. I also completely disagree with some of his other points. Do I love him? no. Do I hate him? no. I shouldn’t have to say that for like the 5th fucking time in this thread, but here I am because you have TDS.
