Spot on. If you want the background on the subject, you can read a book I’ve suggested several times: Sexual Utopia in Power: the Feminist Revolt Against Civilization by F. Roger Devlin. It was he and Rollo Tomassi who popularized the term hypergamy in the aughts in outlining the modern sexual market.
And did they expect to marry a model? Did the women expect to marry a prince?
Well… I was only there two weeks and didn’t spend all my time in the bar. But while I was there the conversation was always about the mill.
It was mostly men, so I have no idea if the women wanted to marry a prince. But I would suppose, if asked by a prince, they would strongly consider the offer.
So would I.
I think the first problem is using terms like sexual market.
Hmmm…
I think the term fits. So called “serious relationships” and marriage are sexual and economic unions.
It does seem to perpetuate to comoditization of sex though, ie- taking something common and repackaging it as something special.
There isnt any physical/sexual thing that a “hot chick” can do that any others can’t.
But we increase their desirability by exagerating the value of common preferences, thus tipping the scales in their favor.
Come to Australia
A lot of women absolutely adore blue collar workers here.
What about love and respect?
I take this as obvious and implied for marriage and what nearly all people want in prospective spouses. However, without sex there can be no marriage for most and there certainly can’t be family formation/child raising. Hence why the term fits, I believe.
Also, it’s obvious that if sexual attraction isn’t there, a man is an undesired stranger or friend.
Here too. ![]()
Yeah…I see women on the internet who want rich guys but pretty much every woman I’ve ever met in person or come into contact with is cool with a blue collar dude provided he is a good guy and would (financially/emotionally) support her and some kids. Never once in my life met a girl who openly disdained manual laborers. I even have college professors who are married to farmers and construction workers.
I’d be cool with a blue collar woman too provided she is a good gal and would (financially/emotionally) support me and some kids.
Just about everybody I know that is blue collar- machinists, fabricators, carpenters- wives are some kind of degreed professional, and they’re in the top of middle to upper middle class.
Like I said up thread- I’ve never seen all of this stuff IRL, in fact, quite the opposite.
People like Andrew Tate are negatively influential. He has millions of people hanging on his words believing a majority of falsehoods and exagerations.
Its a classic scheme of creating a problem then presenting the solution.
Convince men that they’re not fit for the genepool then sell them the porn.
Yeah, but he probably has real nice furniture.

I accept that. Though the layout he gave of 75 women working for him and what they supposedly were making per minute would amount to a lot of money. And that appeared realistic, and for some men, not difficult to pull off.
The guy is a narcissist/psychopath/sociopath subtype
Aside from showcasing a seemingly lavish lifestyle for marketing purposes, he seems to care a LOT about how others percieve him
