So a question earlier was asked about stuff that im taking. Well, visiting my local Vitamin shoppe today, i was looking to pick up a couple simple things- Whey, Liquid Carnitine, and CLA. Since i have an extremely awesome hookup, i picked up a couple things.
Looked up some reviews while i was in their store, and just had to purchase. I picked up a Pre workout and a New post Workout (As i have been taking Nlarge for quite some time and figured i needed a change). Have to say im pretty excited, as the reviews and feedback i got from these products were off the wall awesome, aside from the taste of one of them. We will see what happens.

It works, but is it the best carb source? Prolly not. For 1. Who can eat wheat pasta as simply wheat pasta? No one, thats who. Wheat pasta entails Tomato sauce and Cheese. Brown Rice >> ImHO. Even if you dont like brown rice, you can simply put some A1 sauce in it and pep it up. OR you can just mix everything INTO the rice and create 1 giant dish- For example, my giant 12oz ground beef (seasoned as taco meat), 1 cup brown rice, 1/2 peas/corn, and seasoned with Cheyenne pepper dish- Delicious!

My diet doesnt get much cleaner than it already is. Only thing i can really do is start throwing in some cardio. But If you think getting an assload of “Your fat” comments on some pics is supposed to stimulate some sort of mental Fat burner, you are mistaken. if that was the case, id be 4% right now, because i do that enough to myself. My body is always against me when it comes to storing fat, and coincidentally it likes to store a huge portion of it in the midsection. Public accountability will do nothing for me aside from increase the size of the burden i chose to carry. Oh Atlas, i feel thy pain…
No I’m not saying because of what they’ll say about the pics. I just find that when I put myself “out there” it’s like I’ll let people down if I don’t improve and meet my goals…not that I lack willpower or dedication, but I never complain about extra motivation and tips.

Lol i hear you, but it kinda feels like ill let people down if i dont meet their standards. I mean, Bulking for over a year doesnt make you look the leanest. I feel like it could destroy some credibility i have. the way i look at it, when you start getting haters you know you are doing something right. it’s easy to sit behind a keyboard and dish out negative comments anonymously. whenever i get a douchbaggery comment on one of my youtube videos i go check the person’s profile. guess what they all have in common?? none of them have any videos of their own training. they are a bunch of pussies sitting behind a computer. for that i pity them. it doesn’t make me angry anymore. i’m living my dream…how about them?? unless of course their dream is to be a pussy internet warrior their entire life:)
