The 4 Essential Components?

Shut
Up
And
Work

IMHO if he’s giving it to clients sorta as a guide, it should be very basic and stress the most important points.

However he wants to get the point across, the most important component (that the client needs to worry about) is eating less, and moving more.

He should stress proper nutrition for weight loss, and techniques to promoting an active lifestyle. (Because he is only with the client maybe 2-3 hours per week, they are the ones in control of everything that goes in their mouths, as well as activity on the other 4-5 days.)

The client doesn’t need to worry about “the 4 essential components” That is why they are hiring a trainer. They need to worry about eating less and moving more.

Now I noticed you mentioned the 4 essential components to bodybuilding. Im assuming you mean body composition training and not body building training.
