they def. do have a superior product that is damn tasty … i use it to sweeten my oatmeal and add some blueberries to it it tastes like a blueberry muffin
Thanks for sending me 4 new T-shirts in the right size when you sent me mediums and that’s not what I ordered way back when, I really appreciate you not making me send them back and pay for shipping and all that crap, it was nice that you went ahead and fixed the problem, only problem was they weren’t eh original shirt designs I wanted, except you did get the size right the second time, lol.

Biotest has to know they run a damn good company when they fuck up a guy’s order twice and he still thanks them for it.
I got the FINiBARs as well. 2 free boxes. Not sure why. My order was over $200 if that had anything to do with it. I was keeping quiet… but by the packing slip they knew they were sending them.
Just placed the order so I hope to come back with a praise report… but for now I’m stalked up. I keep telling myself that I’m going to completely run out of supps and wait a while so this time I just might be. I never don’t have Flameout though and protein powder I’m always with so I’m not sure how realistic this is.
A few months back, they sent MD bars instead of the powder, not only did I get to keep the bars, they overnight-ed the powder.
it is good to know a company corrects its mistakes.

^this. I had to read the packing slip to make sure I didnt order them by mistake. What sucks is I cant eat them right now with my diet.

I know that I probably sound like an ad when I tout Biotest supplements to anyone who asks what I use, but think about it,… when was the last time you even saw a Biotest ad in a magazine? Obviously the customer satisfaction rate must be pretty high 
(for the record, no one who I’ve gotten to try Metabolic Drive has ever gone back to their previous protein powder)
